Architect (Interior Fit-Out, BOQ Experience) - Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for a talented
Architect
with experience in interior fit-outs who can also supportBOQ preparation
and quantity take-offs.Key Responsibilities
Prepare and develop interior fit-out drawings (2D/3D). Assist with
BOQ preparation
, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and MEP teams to ensure design compliance. Support authority submissions (ADM, ADCD, KEZAD, etc.) and site execution. Ensure accuracy in design documentation and material specifications.Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. 4-6 years' UAE experience in interior fit-out projects. Strong skills in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp & MS Excel. Knowledge of UAE codes and authority approval processes. Excellent attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
