Job Summary:

We are seeking a

Senior Architect - Design

with a strong creative vision and technical expertise to lead architectural design efforts across diverse projects. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in concept development, detailed design, and coordination with stakeholders, ensuring the highest standards of design excellence and compliance with local regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the design process from concept through to schematic and detailed design stages. Prepare and review architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, MEP, and landscape consultants. Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and design analysis as needed. Ensure all designs comply with UAE building codes, regulations, and client requirements. Manage design timelines, deliverables, and ensure quality control throughout the design phase. Participate in client and authority meetings, presenting design ideas and addressing feedback. Stay updated with industry trends, sustainability guidelines, and design innovations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's preferred). Minimum 5 years of architectural design experience, preferably in the UAE. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools. Experience working on commercial, residential, mixed-use, or hospitality projects is a plus. Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple design packages in parallel. Solid understanding of UAE building regulations and authority approval processes. Strong visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
