We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary

Senior Architect

to join our team in a

consultant capacity

. The ideal candidate will bring

10+ years of proven experience

in architectural design, project coordination, and consultancy services across large-scale developments, particularly in the real estate and construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the

conceptual and detailed architectural design

of various projects from inception to completion. Collaborate with clients, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure design alignment with project goals and regulatory requirements. Oversee and review architectural drawings, design packages, and technical documentation to ensure quality and compliance. Provide expert input during all project stages, including feasibility studies, planning submissions, design development, and construction. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering teams for integrated design solutions. Conduct regular site visits to ensure design intent is being implemented accurately on-site. Stay updated on the latest architectural trends, sustainability practices, and applicable building codes and regulations. Support tender and bidding processes by providing technical expertise and documentation review. Mentor and guide junior architects and design team members.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Architecture

from a recognized institution.

10+ years

of experience in architecture, with a minimum of 5 years in a

consultancy environment

. Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in high-end residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite

, and other architectural design software. Excellent understanding of local building regulations, codes, and authority approvals. Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Membership in a recognized architectural body is an advantage
