Key Responsibilities:
Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets through retail and corporate channels.
Manage B2C and B2B telesales, including prospecting, cold calling, follow-ups, and referrals.
Handle end-to-end corporate sales cycle--lead generation, quotations, negotiations, and closure.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through phone, WhatsApp, social media, and CRM.
Ensure professional communication across all customer touchpoints, including booking and confirmation emails.
Actively maintain CRM databases, track follow-ups, and manage customer relationships.
Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, reflecting our passion for health and wellness.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of proven telesales or inside sales experience
, ideally in the fitness, wellness, or service industry.
Fluency in Arabic and English
(spoken and written) is essential.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.
High level of organization, discipline, and follow-up.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM systems.
Positive, energetic personality with a team-oriented mindset.
Background in fitness or wellness is a plus; fitness certifications are an advantage.
