Recording and controlling customer payments and deductions: start with receiving invoices from sales department by recording invoices in terms of quantity and amount, discounts on SAP. Preparing aging reports and financial reports including client due dates and other needed details. Check the updated variances in client balance after the sales manager communicates with their clients. Sending the new balance after recording the missing variances. Receiving cheques/copy of transfer or bank/cash deposit from sales representative. Checking the payment related to any customer bill. Checking any variance between the amount of invoice and cheque amount; if there are any variances, investigate with the sales representative. Aligning with the sales admin department to check for any unrecorded returns or discounts and update the customer account. Achieving all payments hard copies and participating in physical count. Responsible for customer balance confirmation. Responsible for MTD sales report. Following up on collecting from the overdue date from the aging report and communicating with the assigned sales representative to investigate the reason why the customer didnaEUR(TM)t pay by the due date. Participating in the audit process. Job Requirements:

BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Accounting, Finance or any relevant field. Minimum 7 years of experience in AR Accounting. Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Excellent knowledge of ERP systems (SAP).
