Job Purpose
Responsible for developing and achieving the successful system design for wastewater for clients using knowledge about equipment design and operations. Responsibilities include a broad range of knowledge about specific technologies for water treatment. There will be some travel to clients for technical expertise during the sales process.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop / maintain effective sales relationships with sales team
- Strong focus on sales opportunity creation, market development and brand value selling
- Ability to develop and execute plans to convert opportunities into profitable sales
- ‘Value in use’ sales and presentation skills capabilities
- Excellent knowledge about a variety of treatment technologies
- Desire to gain comprehensive knowledge of related products
- Understanding product applications to ensure system design
- Ability to travel as required by the business and territory (regional and/or international)
- Building and maintaining effective team working relationships with co-workers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s level degree is required, Master’s leverl will be preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of water equipment experience or technology area.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM or similar software
- Proven effectiveness working within a sales team
- Good collaborator in achieving goals
- Effective home office worker, where necessary
- Good language skills in English & Chinese, business report writing, presentation creation and delivery
