We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior App and Web Designer to join our design team. As a Senior Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design process and delivering visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for our mobile applications and websites. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior designers, and contribute to the overall design strategy and direction of our digital products.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for mobile applications and websites, from concept to final implementation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, user needs, and business goals.
- Develop innovative design concepts, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Create high-quality visual designs that align with brand guidelines and design best practices.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth and development.
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and share knowledge with the team.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to improving the overall user experience.
- Conduct design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain design consistency across projects.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively to meet project timelines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand experience.

Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Designer, with a focus on mobile applications and web design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and expertise in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Framer, or Marvel.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and composition.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Leadership qualities and the ability to mentor and guide junior designers.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of frontend development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Experience in motion design or illustration is a plus.
