Process and track employee advances and reimbursements efficiently and accurately Manage and reconcile petty cash transactions. Monitor and analyse expenses to ensure they align with budgetary guidelines. Conduct regular monitoring of bank accounts, including reconciliations and identifying discrepancies. Prepare and maintain detailed financial records related to advances, expenses, petty cash, and bank activities. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding financial matters. Assist in financial reporting and analysis as needed. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to financial transactions.

Mobility needs you

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards Effective communication and interpersonal skills 4+ years of experience in an Accounting
