RESPONSIBILITIES:

Finance Transformation
  • Innovate business solutions and continuously work with tower & team leads to improve processes and increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Support system implementation, data migration and other BAU projects/initiatives that improve the processes and delivery of services and associated change management.
  • Collaborate with IT Team in launching various reports & process automation and RPA initiatives, leveraging the existing and best-in-class technology.
  • Monitor the progress of projects and initiatives to ensure they are working as expected and propose changes in direction and course of action if required.
  • Assess functional team requirements and consolidate/standardize the data accordingly to facilitate data analysis.
Establish & Grow FSS
  • Assist in the establishment of finance-shared services as per the defined mandate, plan, agreed deliverables and SLAs.
  • Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes and document any changes to ensure they are up to date.
  • Share inputs for any course correction to stabilize shared services processes and deliverables.
  • Support management as it continuously grows the scope of shared services vertically & horizontally to accommodate all the transactional services of the finance vertical.
Efficiency, Compliance & Controls
  • Work with internal audit team in ensuring that strong internal controls are in place to safeguard physical and other assets.
  • Work with quality assurance, internal audit, order to cash and pay to procure teams to improve control elements and risk mitigation.
  • Seek guidance for any clarification on accounting, VAT/Tax, AML, DLD, IPC/RERA/Bank-related issues.
Service Delivery & SLA
  • Review escalations and provide support in resolution in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze the recurring issues and propose permanent solutions to address them, support in increasing awareness and educate the stakeholders if necessary.
  • Highlight SLA violations and work with the various teams to identify root causes and build solutions to improve compliance and eliminate violations (where possible)
Reporting
  • Take charge of preparing reports and creating dashboards to showcase team and function performance for review by the finance transformation manager.
  • Work on team performance analysis to measure efficiency and productivity and provide feedback to the respective tower/team leads.
  • Manage the finance transformation office document management and assist in finance shared service internal communications.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar.
  • Exposure to process improvement tools.
  • Proven experience in process mapping, Finance Transformation, and Transitions is essential.
  • Strong stakeholder and change management skills.
  • Minimum 5 - 8 years of relevant experience.
