Plan and conduct analysis related to transformation projects while ensuring effective communication between stakeholders and supporting the integrity of transformation processes. Provide regular updates and analysis on various projects, and assist in developing reports, documents, and presentations for management. Key Accountabilities:

Job Specific:

Participate in generating value-added transformation project ideas, defining scope, and ensuring efficient delivery. Prepare reports on transformation status and performance, supporting alignment with ADNOC's strategic objectives. Define problem statements, perform analysis, and identify solutions. Conduct analysis to support management decisions. Review project status against schedules and report deviations. Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment. Support all phases of transformation initiatives/projects. Ensure timely project completion, objectives achievement, and budget adherence. Report early-stage issues and support problem resolution. Develop and review documents and presentations for committees. Perform other related activities as assigned by the ADNOC Offshore CEO. Generic Accountabilities:

Provide inputs for MIS and progress reports. Qualifications & Experience:

BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or similar. 8-9 years of experience, including project management and at least 3 years in management consultancy. Oil and Gas industry experience preferred. Proficiency in English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
