Job Description

Position The job profile for this position is Learning Senior Analyst/ Learning Administrator The Learning Administrator (LA) will be responsible for communicating with participants and vendors and assist with developing the most effective programs. The LA should combine a strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and work under dynamic conditions. The LA should also be a reliable problem-solver and with strong project management skills. Your goal will be to ensure that our training programs are engaging and run smoothly and there is a robust data capture for reporting. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Participate in creating and implementing training programs.
  • Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets, feedback)
  • Book classrooms and ensure they\xe2\x80\x99re properly set up.
  • Prepare and disseminate material (e.g. instructional notes, feedback forms)
  • Act as a point-of-contact for vendors and participants.
  • Handle accounts receivable and ensure invoices are paid.
  • Resolve issues as they arise onsite.
  • Submit reports on training activities and results.
  • Measure and report Learning effectiveness to Learning Director
  • Ensure employees and vendors follow established policies Supports execution of training plans, strategies, and tactics.
  • Work closely with multiple stake holders and Learning Director to conduct regional TNI and design an annual learning calendar.
  • Assists to develop surveys for training satisfaction and reports for leadership.
  • Work with the larger Enterprise learning team to create, maintain, and execute programs.
  • Continuously explores process improvement and automation opportunities while ensuring quality of the programs, resulting in a positive experience for employees.
  • Continuously improves own capabilities and areas of expertise.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years Learning administration experience.
  • Experience with Learning Management or eLearning, or Virtual Facilitation tools and software is preferred (SuccessFactors, Camtasia, Brainshark, Articulate 360, Vyond and WebEx)
  • Expert in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Tableau (good to have)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and keen eye for reviewing documents.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills, and comfortable with communicating concepts to a wide array of audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate difficult situations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally across the organization.
  • Demonstrated passion for driving quality outcomes and an agility to learn.
  • Demonstrate impeccable time management and ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Able to travel 25-50% of the time.
Educational Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree a must
