The role will focus on direct venture capital investments, from seed to pre-IPO stage, across a wide range of sectors and geographies. What the job involves
- Involvement in all aspects of the transaction process from origination to execution and portfolio management
- Developing and analysing financial models for all potential investments, from seed to pre-IPO stage
- Assisting with all due diligence workstreams
- Leading certain workstreams such as various diligence processes as well being the point of contact for industry experts and management teams
- Experience of working in an M&A or leveraged finance team at a world renown investment bank and/or venture capital investments experience at a venture capital fund or other asset manager
- Excellent excel financial modelling skills
- Strong business acumen and critical analysis skills
- Outstanding academics from a top-tier university
