Meanwhile, the junior talent is coached intensively and fast-tracked to run solo within 12-18 months through a structured, on-the-job talent mentorship program. At TalPods we have TalPods Academy giving intensive Bootcamp for Junior engineers and Fresh Graduates. Bootcamp graduates became industry standard Engineer level 1 or Associate Software Engineer As someone who knows Software Engineering, Project Management and Agile philosophy, you will be a key stakeholder of this talent development journey right from Bootcamp phase and then across all stages of progression while the TalPods are deployed with our clients, who are the fastest growing tech companies across the globe. Tasks and Deliverables:
  • Coordinate and project-manage multiple Bootcamp batches across different technologies with Agile processes.
  • Co-own the talent-progression journey for junior engineers and collaborate with their \xe2\x80\x98TalPod Leads\xe2\x80\x99 and \xe2\x80\x98Engineering Mentors\xe2\x80\x99 to progress them to be ready for TalPod deployments.
  • Play and facilitate a role of Product manager for learning projects, which are production projects for some of the early stage startups and experimental projects from our existing clients and sometimes for ourselves.
  • Coordination of after bootcamp career training like Interview practices and CV skills.
  • Keeping up with the internal feedback process for all Junior engineers on Bootcamp and on the Job.
  • Work with TPLs to identify process and mindset improvements and suggest changes.
  • Interview Junior and Lead engineer candidates for the right Agile mindset.
  • Install a culture of Agile Extreme Programming in its core philosophy across TalPod senior and junior engineers.
  • Provide training sessions on Agile frameworks, like XP, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
  • Mentor junior/senior engineers and all stakeholders on Agile processes.
  • When needed, do Agile Consultancy for our client company teams.
Required Experience
  • 5+ years total experience
  • 2+ years as Agile Coach / SCRUM master / Agile project management experience.
  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Software engineering background and must be a technology evangelist.
  • Project managed with more than 10 people at a time.
  • Team Leadership and passionate about training junior talent.
  • Full SDLC experience/knowledge.
  • Basic product management knowledge and understanding digital businesses.
  • Technology systems architecture knowledge
  • DevOps culture.
  • Must be a good interviewer for hiring talent.
  • Having Agile Certifications is a plus.
  • Being a fun and engaging & visual communicator is a plus.
  • Having worked on a reputed highly scaling agile startup team is a plus.

Compensation: You\xe2\x80\x99ll be a stakeholder of your team\xe2\x80\x99s performance, with a package that includes a fixed salary and optional profit share, giving you a combined earning of up to 1.5 to 2x your current income ranging 4500 USD - 8,000 USD.
