The position is responsible for prospecting leads, following-up with clients and building a client base.
Job Details \xe2\x80\x93 Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Prospect pre-qualified leads to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments
Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base
Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched
Complete Real Estate listing paperwork, create links with listing portals
Plan, budget and execute the marketing on those portals to ensure accurate information, high quality images and updated information that promotes quick sales
Follow-up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
Ensure compliance with the MAFP CBU\xe2\x80\x99s Code of Conduct, Departmental policies and HC Policies and Procedures at all times.
Ensure adherence to MAFP values and exhibit the same all the time.
Personal Characteristics and Required Background:
Minimum 3 year of experience in Real Estate sales
Advanced skills in using CRM software to keep customer and unit information organized, updated and confidential
Strong understanding of the Real Estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis
Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
