About the Role:
Signature Collection Realty
is hiring a
Senior Administrative Professional
with mandatory experience in
CRM
within the
Dubai real estate
market. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and efficient in managing real estate operations through CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain CRM
: Ensure all property, client, and transaction data is up to date and well-organized.
Create, update, and monitor
property listings
on Dubizzle, Bayut, Property Finder, etc.
Draft, process, and track all required documents, including
Forms A, B, F
, and
Ejari
.
Register off-plan sales through the
Oqood system
and manage sales records efficiently.
Coordinate
Trakheesi permit applications and renewals
for all listings and marketing.
Ensure all transactions comply with
DLD regulations and legal requirements
.
Draft and review
Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA)
with accuracy.
Coordinate developer registrations and maintain organized contract records.
Generate reports and follow up with internal teams using Bitrix dashboards and workflows.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in
Business Administration
or related field.
3-5 years of
real estate admin experience in Dubai
, preferably in a brokerage.
Mandatory knowledge of Bitrix CRM
- automation, pipeline management, reports.
Strong documentation, compliance, and organizational skills.
Fluent in English; strong communication and coordination skills.
