The position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Resale and Leasing team of Communities.
Role Details \xe2\x80\x93 Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Generate all types of agreements between buyer, seller and broker
To be well versed in using Dubai Lands Department (DLD) approved forms
Monitor expiry of leasing contracts and manage renewals & terminations
Manage inventory listed with the Resale & Leasing team
Support in listing & delisting properties for sale or lease on dedicated property portals.
Process payments and issue receipts
Process commissions and manage remuneration process for the Resale & Leasing team
Receive, scan and file all documentation related to resale and leasing.
Manage relationships with key personnel of major Developers that assist with assignment and NOC process
Responsibilities between signing of SPA and property handover:
Monitor overdue customers and make recommendations to initiate default and termination processes
Execute the administration of the default and termination processes
Manage the key handover process to customers as per the handover strategy and administer settlement payments and handover documentation including title deed transfer
Facilitate transfers and mortgage registration/discharge for both off-plan and ready units
Escalate any and all concerns to Associate Manager- Customer Relations for resolution, including communication with the Client where appropriate
Ensure compliance with the MAFP CBU\xe2\x80\x99s Code of Conduct, Departmental policies and HC Policies and Procedures at all times
Ensure adherence to MAFP values and exhibit the same all the time

Personal Characteristics and Required Background:
Minimum Qualifications/education
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or Diploma
Minimum experience
Minimum of 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 Experience in similar field (1-year experience in Real Estate preferable)
Experience in the Middle East is as must
