Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Accounts Specialist to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will hold a CMA certification and have completed ACCA, with strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of all financial transactions and supporting the company's financial decision-making through timely analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Maintain accurate general ledger records and ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP). Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reports. Conduct variance and cost analyses to support management decision-making. Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audit processes. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in preparing tax filings. Monitor internal controls and recommend improvements for efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and operational finance needs. Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations, standards, and best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. Certified Management Accountant (CMA) qualification (required). Completed ACCA qualification (required). Minimum 7-10 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial analysis. Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and financial reporting standards. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
