We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Receivable Accountant with a strong background in trading operations to manage and oversee the accounts receivable function. The ideal candidate will ensure timely collection of receivables, maintain accurate records, and support trading-related financial activities.
Responsibilities
- Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
- Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close
- Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes
- Research and analyze expense variances for company management
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in a trading or corporate environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
- Any certifications in Accounting preferred
