The Senior Executive - Finance & Accounts will play a critical role in liaising between clients and account executives while managing multiple accounts. This position is responsible for supervising the account executives, analyzing sales performance, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the efficient management of all financial activities. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounts team and act as the primary point of contact for clients.

Key Result Areas (KRA)/Key Performance Indicators (KPI):



Efficient management and supervision of the account executive team. Timely and accurate analysis of sales performance and financial data. Successful contract negotiations and client relationship management. Meeting monthly and quarterly financial reporting deadlines. Achieving target goals for account management and client satisfaction. Ensuring compliance with internal accounting policies and external regulatory requirements. Maintaining seamless communication with internal teams and clients.

Qualifications:



Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred Qualification:

Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance or Accounting.

Duties and Responsibilities:



Liaison Between Clients and Accounts Executive:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and relaying information to the account executives.

Supervision of Account Executives:

Oversee and guide the account executive team to ensure accurate financial processing and client satisfaction.

Account Management:

Manage multiple accounts simultaneously, ensuring timely billing, payment tracking, and client queries are addressed.

Sales Performance Analysis:

Analyze sales data and performance reports to assess trends and make recommendations for improvements.

Contract Negotiation:

Lead or support the negotiation of contracts and agreements with clients and vendors, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets for management review.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support long-term business growth.

Problem Resolution:

Address and resolve any client or team issues promptly and professionally.

Skills and Competencies:



Technical Skills:

Proficient in MS Excel, ERP Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), Accounting Software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Orion).

Analytical Skills:

Strong ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.

Negotiation Skills:

Ability to negotiate contracts effectively and foster strong business relationships.

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills for dealing with clients and internal stakeholders.

Leadership Skills:

Experience in managing teams, providing guidance, and ensuring team objectives are met.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to proactively identify issues and implement effective solutions.

Time Management:

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts effectively.

Work Experience:



Minimum Experience Required:

5-6 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a similar field. Experience in supervising a team of account executives or managing multiple clients simultaneously. Proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and contract negotiation.
