We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented

Senior Accountant

to join our finance team at hiCar. This is a critical role for a skilled professional who thrives on accuracy, process improvement, and financial insight.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and tax requirements Maintain general ledger and reconcile accounts Manage accounts payable and receivable oversight Support internal and external audits Identify areas for process improvement and cost-saving opportunities Mentor junior accounting staff Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or ACCA preferred) Minimum 5 years of accounting experience Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, or similar) Advanced Excel skills High attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and communication skills
