Key Responsibilities:

Accounting:

\xc2\xb7 Ensure adherence to accounting standards and enforce them during audits of billing, inventories, payable and receivables

\xc2\xb7 Plan, manage, coordinate and implement the year end closing processing for the assigned accounting records

\xc2\xb7 Provide technical accounting support and interpretation to the management

Reconciliations:

\xc2\xb7 Ensure that all suppliers accounts are fully reconciled

\xc2\xb7 Oversee the verification and reconciliation for invoices, receipts and balances

\xc2\xb7 Reconcile all accounts and financial records of the projects

\xc2\xb7 Ensure that Bank reconciliations are verified on a timely basis and adequate to prevent any fraud or inaccuracies

\xc2\xb7 Preparation of Cash Flow Report and Bank Reconciliation

\xc2\xb7 Monitoring PDC issued and received

\xc2\xb7 Analyzing transactions and accounts reconciliation

\xc2\xb7 Reconciliation of all accounts in the ERP System

Book keeping:

\xc2\xb7 Ensure maintaining the accounting and financial records of the company and all its assets

\xc2\xb7 Direct the installation and maintenance of accounting records

Coordination:

\xc2\xb7 Support in cash management, banking, vendor relationships and implementation of the ERP system

\xc2\xb7 Recording of Journal Entries to the ERP

Cash Management:

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for accurate accounting and ensure adequate internal control in cash collection and banking

\xc2\xb7 Assist in ensuring cash & treasury management

\xc2\xb7 Disbursement of Petty Cash Requests (Petty Cash Custodian).

VAT Filing & Returns:

\xc2\xb7 Preparation of Quarterly VAT Return
