We are seeking a creative and driven Senior Accountant to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to our platforms.

Accountant Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions.
• Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Collaborate with the finance team to develop and monitor budgets. Assist in creating accurate financial forecasts and projections to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
• Provide necessary documentation and assistance during internal and external audits. Ensure that financial records are organized and readily available for audit purposes.
• Generate regular financial reports for management, providing insights into the company\'s financial performance and suggesting areas for optimization.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters, including invoicing, payments, and financial discrepancies.
• Monitor and control company expenses, review expense reports, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Continuously assess and improve financial processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in accounting or finance roles in UAE.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, etc.) and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and financial calculations.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
