Key Activities / Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable & RCM

• Management of the MENA Region customer accounts.
• Building a strong relationship with the customers, providing them with the needed data as well as controlling their account balances, due payments, and credit limits.
• Follow up with customers on the payments to ensure a timely settlement and manage the bad debt risk.
• All needed changes to customer payment terms and credit limits are controlled and documented. Deal with SOA issues and be the link with the Customer Service team fo any invoicing issue.
• Maintain weekly/monthly AR aging reports for review and reporting.
• Recording Payment Transactions.
• Proactively support and update business managers on shipment risks, doubtful bad debt risks and receivable challenges.
• Prepare accurate balance sheet reconciliation along with supporting documents for every month end.
• Debit Note documents are reviewed and recorded in compliance to the company policies and archived properly.
• Timely completion of the revenue control matrix (System Price Changes, Sales POD reviews, credit note reviews, customer inventory level reviews).

Accounts Payable

• Compose effective accounting reports summarizing accounts payable data.
• Reconcile vendor statements and handle payments, complaints or discrepancies on the timely resolution of invoices which have a price and quantity deviations and follow-ups including debit balances and supplier reconciliations.
• Responsible for BPO processing, invoice/credit memo handling, and payment transaction.
• Responsible for timely completion of monthly invoice booking and reporting including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and completion of other ad hoc requests.
• Accrual & Prepaid Expenses management based on vendor statements and other regular expenses.

Timely VAT Return & Refund Data Preparation & Submission.

Analytical, attention to detail, financial competency, writing & reporting, working under pressure & setbacks.
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Accounting.
MBA in Finance & Accounting or ACCA is a plus.
