Maintaining the billing system
Generating account statements
Performing account reconciliations
Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
Producing monthly financial and management reports
Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries
Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
Mailing monthly customer statements and reconciliation of the same with customer's accounts.
Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, customer service departments, and customers
Maintains and updates customer files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions
Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, credit card transactions, and bank transactions on exact invoice
