Job Description

Senior Accountant (Remote - UAE Based)
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and other statutory requirements
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Coordinate with external auditors and manage year-end closing
  • Implement and maintain internal financial controls
  • Support in financial analysis and business decision-making
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Accountant, preferably in retail or luxury goods
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and UAE financial regulations
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Must be currently located in the UAE and available to join immediately
  • Preference will be given to Filipino candidates due to business requirements
