Description: : Preparation of Cost Sheets for Import Goods Liaising with Imports Department /Logistics Department /PRO /Assistant Accountant for receiving of Goods in the system Maintaining proper account and reconciliation of Creditors and making timely payments to them
Supervising implementation of VAT & Excise in coordination with the Dubai HO Preparation and timely submission of Municipality dues, Social Insurance, Corporate /Income tax, VAT, Excise Tax and other government dues Coordinating with Imports and Sales Head for A&P Budgets Preparation of other routine /recurring general payments like rent,utilities, consumables, etc Keeping track of all the Municipal /Rent Agreements and arranging for its renewals Coordinating with Logistics department /PRO for Exports Making online Customs payment and coordinating /reconciling the same with our PRO Liaising with Finance Manager /General Manager /Dubai HO for preparation of Budgets Supervising Assistant Accountant for Petty Cash entries and checking ensuring the expenses are entered in correct heads Liaising with Logistics Department for monthly closing of inventory and reconciling with GL Liaising with Dubai HO team /Auditors while Half Yearly and Annual Stock take You will be responsible for finalizing Created On : 16 Jan 2020
