Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Senior Accountant

with strong expertise in

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of senior-level accounting experience and a proven ability to manage financial reporting, reconciliations, and end-to-end accounting operations in a structured and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations Lead monthly and yearly closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, and financial reporting Ensure accurate recording of financial data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Generate and analyze financial reports for management and audit teams Maintain compliance with internal controls and audit requirements Reconcile intercompany accounts and monitor financial transactions across entities Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounting and operational workflows Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5-7 years of senior-level accounting experience Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Experience in multi-branch or retail environments Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, financial analysis) High accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication

Preferred Qualifications

CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory) Familiarity with inventory accounting and ERP-based financial controls
