As s Senior Accountant for 3M Gulf at United Arab Emirates, Dubai, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Resolving KSA & UAE external audit related queries & data requirements
• Assisting country finance for audit, tax, and other country regulatory & statutory requirements
• Being responsible for resolve RTR/STP related issues with GSCs
• Taking ownership of accounting issues & problems resolution for the country,
• Proactive communication, escalation, and follow-up on RTR issues with internal stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize workload under tough deadlines
• Supporting local & GSC teams with cost accounting/accounts payable related tasks

Your Skills and Expertise

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Accountancy or Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Management courses
• Proficient research, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Knowledge of finance or accounting principles
• Knowledge of Microsoft excel/MS Office tools
• Structured approach to effectively and efficiently planning own workload
• Team oriented person who can focus on the details

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• 2-3 years\' experience within Finance or Accounting will be preferred
• Knowledge of legacy systems will be an advantage

Location: United Arab Emirates, Dubai

Travel: May include up to 10% [international]
