Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant who will manage the daily finance and accounting operations, oversee financial operations, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standard using financial technology systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure day-to-day transactions such as accounts payable, cash receipts and accounts receivable, credit card transactions, and payroll are recorded properly.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Support month-end and year-end close processes. Delegate financial responsibilities to the accounting team. Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance. Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and cost analysis Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies. Manage general ledger accounts and ensure timely reconciliations. Perform fiscal year-end close activities and assist with activities and requirements of external auditors.

Education and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or ACCA) is a plus.
