Senior Accountant
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced all-round accountant able to lead and co-ordinate and own all our US and local GAAP accounting, internal and external audit, tax, statutory and any other related activities for the subsidiary of a multinational group with the Shared Service Center, local accounting firm, internal and external auditors, Finance Business Partner, Operations, and others.
Responsibilities:
Periodic group reporting based on SOX controls
Periodic statutory filings
Annual financial statements, including obtaining a favorable statutory audit opinion
Business support in terms of accounting, administrative and fiduciary matters
Requirements:
The ideal candidate brings experience for complete end-to-end accounting process responsibility in the SOX framework in a multinational manufacturing matrix organization
Degree; Total years of experience of at least approximately 5-7 years
Customer orientation
Problem solving capability
Flexible, team player, clear communication, good listening and networking skills
Discipline and ability to organize and prioritize to meet deadlines
Hands-on mentality
Ability and willingness to work in a complex/matrix organization with diverse culture
Interest in detail and accuracy
Work in various company systems
Very good English and French, verbal and in writing
