Senior Accountant

Job Description
- Execute the organization's financial strategy aligned with long-term growth goals. Advise the CEO and Board on financial performance, market trends, investments, and strategic partnerships.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, financial modelling, and reporting in compliance with IFRS and UAE regulations. Ensure strong internal controls, governance frameworks, and risk management systems.
- Direct treasury operations, cash flow, liquidity, financing, and banking relationships. Serve as the principal contact for auditors, regulators, investors, and shareholders while driving transparency and compliance.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, foster a culture of accountability and innovation, and collaborate across functions (HR, Operations, IT) to drive cost optimization, pricing strategies, and business expansion.
