We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant specializing in deals vertical accounting, with a strong background in tax and audit. The ideal candidate will possess 4-5 years of relevant experience and a proven track record in managing complex financial transactions within the deals vertical. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization. Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data related to deals transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize financial outcomes.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and requirements pertaining to deals transactions. Prepare and file tax returns accurately and in a timely manner. Collaborate with tax advisors to minimize tax liabilities and optimize tax planning strategies.
- Audit Preparation: Coordinate and prepare financial documentation for audits related to deals transactions. Liaise with auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient audit processes.
- Deal Structuring: Assist in structuring deals transactions to maximize financial benefits and minimize risks. Analyze potential deal structures and provide recommendations based on financial implications and strategic objectives.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and external partners. Communicate financial insights and recommendations effectively to support decision-making processes.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks associated with deals transactions. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance accounting processes and procedures related to deals transactions. Implement best practices to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Accounting: 4 years (Required)
- CPA (Preferred)
- ACCA (Preferred)
