Job Purpose

Perform end to end process for making payment of suppliers as per agreed terms and agreement in addition to employee related payment (salary, EOSB, etc.) and general office administration.

Job Responsibilities

  • Closely monitor Billing cycle of various suppliers in line with the credit period and Statutory payables to initiate timely payments
  • Verify the accuracy of vendor invoices against terms of payment and agreement and confirm that the correctness of invoices
  • Generate payment to vendors on a routine schedule and match the check with backup for review by the finance manager
  • Reconcile vendors\xe2\x80\x99 accounts on a periodic manner in order to avoid any disputes
  • Respond to all payment related enquiries of vendors according to company financial policy and procedures
  • Disburse employee related payment (salary, EOSB, etc.) in coordination with GHRD
  • Perform all administration related tasks, such as licences renewal, petty cash, employee ticket booking, monitor attendance in coordination with respective department
  • Co-ordinate with GHRD & GIT related to staff matters: Manage UD Head Office petty cash
  • Whistle blowing \xe2\x80\x93 Highlight any significant financial/business mismanagement, informing immediately the designated authorities at Head Office
  • Develop and maintain a filing system for financial information, records and documents to ensure easily available information
  • Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
  • Assist sales support officer in performing custom clearance (import and Export) for vehicle and spare parts
  • Comply with the company QMS requirements

Job Requirements

Qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or higher degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Professional finance/accounting certifications are preferred

Experience
  • 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in handling bank transactions / Accounts Payable experience in any Organizations

Knowledge & Skills
  • Customer and Personal Service:- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
  • Finance and Accounting \xe2\x80\x94 Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, the analysis and reporting of financial data
  • Regulatory requirement \xe2\x80\x93 Knowledge of local laws, regulation and tax rules
  • Mathematics \xe2\x80\x94 Knowledge of arithmetic, statistics, and their applications
  • Clerical \xe2\x80\x94 Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology
  • Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work:- Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish individual work
  • Time Management \xe2\x80\x94 Managing one\'s own time
