Min 3 years of proven experience, working in a construction/service related field (interior, contracting, maintainanc, automation ? etc)
Excellent portfolio of previous works
Proficient in documentation and reporting skills
Knowledge finance related software applications Such as Zoho, QuickBooks, Tally
Having experience in data entry and working with accountant/crm systems
Communication and presentation skills

Being a clear communicator and being able to work in a team.
Expert level command over MS Excel and other computer applications
Self- motivated person who takes responsibility and execute it
Degree in Finance (CA preferred)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Up to date knowledge of UAE?s VAT Laws & Rules and working experience of handling entire VAT matters of an enterprise
Overall supervision on Accountants for timely & correct recording of transactions.
MIS & Finalisation of Accounts
Management of Cost related Data and its Periodical Analysis
Day to day handling of banking operations and Petty Cash Management
Processing of Payroll under WPS
Dealing with vendors, bankers, customers, auditors and other stakeholders
Having ability, attitude and experience in handling all the functions of the Accounts department of a service and supply providing company like construction and fitout company.
