2 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 2.1 Daily cash review & collection. 2.2 Prepare journal entries 2.3 Complete general ledger operations 2.4 Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements 2.5 Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts 2.6 Draw up monthly financial reports 2.7 Prepare analysis of accounts as requested 2.8 Assist with yearend closings 2.9 Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable 2.10 Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts 2.11 Assist with payroll administration 2.12 Monitor and resolve bank issues including fee anomalies and check differences 2.13 Account/bank reconciliations 2.14 Review and process expense reports 2.15 Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process 2.16 Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures. 2.17 Complying with Center OSH Policy and rules and regulations. 2.18 Ensure correctly using tools, equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with agreed safe work practices. 2.19 Aware about the reporting of OSH hazards, incidents and issues. 2.20 Ensure application of appropriate risk control measures.
