Senior Accountant
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:

Manage full accounting cycle, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial performance for construction projects.
Oversee cash flow management and support financial planning/forecasting.
Ensure compliance with VAT, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders as needed.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decision-making.
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA is a plus).
Minimum 5-7 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of project accounting, cost control, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems, or construction accounting software).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
