Desired profile:
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, business administration, communication, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in an experiential marketing or advertising agency
- Experience managing large-scale projects, including event production and project management
- Proven track record of successful client servicing and relationship building
- Strong pitching and proposal skills, with experience in securing new business and growing existing accounts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience in managing and motivating a team of junior account management and production team members
