Main Responsibilities

1/ Account Management and Business Development & Retention

- Regularly engage with customers to monitor industry updates, productions on Amadeus, and encourage adoption of solutions using virtual selling tools (video calls and presentative \xe2\x80\x93 Teams, Zoom, CRM \xe2\x80\x93 Salesforce)

- Ensure business retention (contract renewal) and growth of market share through upselling and development of existing customers

- Identify and qualify business opportunities by establishing and developing relationships with customers

- Coordinate and participate in RFP/RFI responses and follow-up

2/ Sales Pipeline Reporting and Analysis

- Report weekly or bi-weekly to Associate Manager (India) on the sales pipeline and deal progress and provide insights and market intelligence w. strategy

- Participate in the preparation of the monthly / quarterly sales pipeline update and planning
- Ensure high customer approach rate on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline velocity at desired level

3/ Contribution to Sales and Marketing Plan

- Support the delivery of the marketing plan by following up on webinar attendees and support the awareness and educational digital activities in 1-to-1 or 1-to-many activities.
- Participate in the preparation of the monthly / quarterly sales plan and identification of the target customer and prospect groups using dedicated analytical tools in Qlik and CRM

4/ Team Participation
- Be an active member of the Inside Sales global community
- Take on responsibility of being a product or solution champion


Profiles

- University degree or Higher Education in Business, Commerce, or other relevant studies. MBA is a plus.

- Must have a minimum of 8-10 years of proven track record in IT or Travel sales with 7-9 years of inside sales experience in an IT environment using digital tools

- Prior experience with travel industry and travel agency environment desirable and will be treated as an advantage

- Fluency in English mandatory

- Job location is Dubai, UAE
