Job Summary:

Brightstar Building Material Trading LLC is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated

Senior Accounts Officer

with a strong background in the

building material industry

. The ideal candidate will have

10+ years of accounting experience

, be a

Chartered Accountant or equivalent

, and possess a solid track record in

team leadership

,

stock management

, and

financial reporting

. We are looking for someone ready to make a

long-term commitment

and capable of

setting up and streamlining the finance system

within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the accounting team effectively. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management. Oversee stock and inventory management from a financial perspective. Set up and enhance the company's financial systems and processes. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. Coordinate with auditors and external stakeholders. Support business decision-making through financial insights. Maintain clear documentation and proven records of financial activities.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the

building material industry

.

Chartered Accountant (CA)

or equivalent professional qualification is a must. Demonstrated experience in

team leadership

and

financial reporting

. Hands-on experience in

stock management systems

and

ERP

tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Committed, reliable, and ready to contribute to long-term company growth. Available to join immediately.
