Kingston Stanley is partnering with a leading global marketing agency to find an exceptional Senior Account Director to join their regional team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic marketing leader to work across major global brands, driving creative excellence and measurable impact across the GCC.
The role is split between 2 days in Dubai and 3 days in Abu Dhabi, offering exposure to top-tier clients and a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic direction, client relationships, and delivery for high-profile marketing accounts.
Oversee integrated campaigns spanning digital, creative, social, and experiential.
Collaborate closely with senior clients to deliver effective, insight-led strategies.
Mentor and develop account teams to ensure best-in-class execution.
Partner with internal stakeholders and global teams to align business goals and creative vision.
Requirements:
8-12 years' experience in a marketing, advertising, or integrated agency.
Proven success managing large-scale, multi-market campaigns.
Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and client-facing presentation skills.
Ability to work across fast-paced, multi-office teams.
Based in the UAE, with flexibility to work between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
