To lead and grow our new sales team by managing high-level government and corporate accounts, driving revenue, and delivering large-scale live events. The Senior Account Director will play a key role in building client relationships, generating leads, and converting opportunities into successful, high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
Build strong relationships with key government clients and decision-makers
Identify and convert new business opportunities, especially in the public sector
Oversee the planning and delivery of large-scale live events (conferences, festivals, national celebrations, etc.)
Develop and pitch creative event solutions that meet client objectives
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, logistics) to ensure smooth execution
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead
Prepare proposals, budgets, and presentations for high-level clients
Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in senior account management within the events industry
Proven track record managing large government or public sector events in the UAE or GCC
Strong background in marketing, client servicing, and sales strategy
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong communication and presentation abilities (English required; Arabic is a plus)
Ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet sales targets
UAE driving license preferred
