We are currently seeking a
highly skilled and dependable AC Technicians
to join our expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
Install new AC systems including indoor and outdoor units.
Install AC ducting, duct fittings, and AC grills to industry standards.
Integrate and configure smart thermostats and HVAC controls.
Lead service jobs, manage installations, and troubleshoot issues independently.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain client satisfaction.
Collaborate with other teams on smart home integrations.
Guide and support junior technicians as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience in AC installation, diagnostics, and repair.
Proven experience installing new AC systems, ducting layouts, and AC grills.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to make independent decisions on-site.
Valid driver's license preferable.
Experience working with smart thermostats and home automation systems is a strong advantage.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and communicate clearly with customers.
