Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled

AC, Electrical & Plumbing Technician

with solid GCC experience to support interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems in commercial and residential fit-out works, ensuring compliance with project specifications and local authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities HVAC / Air Conditioning Works

Install, test, commission, and maintain split units, ducted AC systems, FCUs, AHUs, and VRF systems. Carry out refrigerant piping, insulation, pressure testing, and gas charging. Read and interpret HVAC drawings and shop drawings. Diagnose and repair AC system faults efficiently. Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and safety regulations.
Electrical Works

Install electrical wiring, conduits, trunking, panels, switches, sockets, lighting fixtures, and low-current systems. Carry out testing, fault finding, and rectification of electrical systems. Ensure proper earthing and load balancing. Follow DEWA / ADDC / SEWA or relevant GCC authority standards. Coordinate with site engineers and other trades during fit-out works.
Plumbing Works

Install and maintain water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems. Fix WCs, basins, mixers, floor drains, water heaters, pumps, and accessories. Conduct pressure testing and leakage inspections. Read plumbing layouts and ensure correct slope and routing. Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and standards.
Safety & Coordination

Follow all site safety rules and HSE guidelines. Maintain tools and equipment in good condition. Coordinate with project engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. Report daily work progress and material requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum

3-5 years of relevant GCC experience

in interior fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of

HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems

. Ability to read

MEP drawings and specifications

. Knowledge of

GCC

Ability to work independently Good communication and teamwork skills. Immediate availability is an advantage.
Preferred Skills

Experience in commercial fit-outs (offices, retail, restaurants, Residential). Knowledge of testing & commissioning procedures. Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Valid GCC driving license (optional but preferred).
