The

Senior A/C Technician

is responsible for installing, repairing, and doing maintenance work with quality standards. He should have a high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training certification is preferred.

He should join immediately with a cancelled visa or visit visa.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair split AC, package unit, VRF Unit and water-cooled FCU. Troubleshooting of electrical wiring issues in AC unit. New installation of split AC, package unit, VRF unit, and water-cooled FCU. Perform routine preventive maintenance on AC units. Support and assistance of other MEP equipment. Diagnose and rectify electrical failure, including lighting, power circuits, and control panels. Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues on plumbing systems, including pumps, motors, etc. Ensure all work is compliant with company standards and regulations. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed. Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and resolve issues efficiently. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations. Respond to emergency call-outs and resolve issues promptly. Prepare and submit daily/weekly work reports.

Requirements:

4 to 5 years of hands-on experience as an AC technician in the UAE. Strong knowledge of AC mechanical systems and electrical systems. A technical degree or diploma qualification in a related field is preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi. Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy equipment. A valid UAE driving license will be an advantage for him.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
