We are seeking a skilled AC Technician Specialist to join our growing facility services team. The candidate will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing issues, and carrying out repairs on residential and commercial air conditioning systems. Additional maintenance skills (electrical, plumbing, or general handyman work) will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect, maintain, and repair AC units (ducts, coils, compressors, thermostats, filters)

Perform duct and coil cleaning, chemical washes, and sanitization treatments

Diagnose technical issues and provide cost-effective repair solutions

Ensure high-quality service with proper safety and hygiene standards

Record work details and prepare maintenance reports

Support the team in general maintenance tasks when required (minor electrical, plumbing, or handyman work)

Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional company image

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience as an AC technician in Dubai or GCC

Strong knowledge of AC duct and coil systems, fault diagnosis, and cleaning procedures

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic English communication skills (Arabic/other languages are a plus)

Valid UAE driving license (preferred, not mandatory)

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or emergency call-outs if needed

Preferred Additional Skills (a Plus)

Basic plumbing repairs (leaks, fixtures)

Electrical troubleshooting (wiring, switches, sockets)
