Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including split units, central A/Cs, VRV/VRF systems, and chillers.
Perform diagnostics and root cause analysis of A/C system malfunctions.
Carry out regular preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
Lead and supervise junior technicians on job sites.
Handle refrigerants in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Maintain accurate service records and reports.
Ensure tools, equipment, and vehicles are maintained in good working condition.
Respond promptly to service calls and emergency breakdowns.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of experience
in HVAC installation and maintenance.
Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical A/C components.
UAE experience preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
