Key Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including split units, package units, chillers, and VRF/VRV systems.
Perform regular preventive maintenance checks to ensure system efficiency and safety.
Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in AC systems and recommend suitable solutions.
Repair and replace defective parts, compressors, motors, fans, and thermostats.
Check refrigerant levels and recharge systems as required.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturer manuals.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and environmental regulations.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional behavior on-site.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-5 years of experience as an AC Technician (GCC experience preferred).
Diploma/ITI or relevant technical certification in HVAC or Air Conditioning.
Good knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
Ability to use diagnostic tools and HVAC software.
Familiarity with local safety codes and HVAC standards.
Physically fit and able to work in various environments, including rooftops and confined spaces.
Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Valid GCC driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
