Job Description
Job Role:
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot various types of air conditioning systems, including split units, central air systems, all electricals and plumbing systems .
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning coils, changing filters, and lubricating parts.
Perform routine preventive maintenance.
Troubleshoot issues and ensure prompt corrective action.
Diagnose and repair AC system malfunctions, such as refrigerant leaks, electrical issues, and mechanical failures.
Follow HVAC codes, regulations, and safety guidelines to ensure compliance and safe working conditions.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent on each task.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in HVAC technology and industry best practices.
Additional Requirements:
Driving License , NADCA certificate (+ if available)
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience of managing a team
Aware about Health and safety policies and procedures.
Experience with all types of AC systems
Should be able to train new staff
Physically fit to handle HVAC equipment and capable of working in confined spaces, rooftops, and hot environments.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety.
Good communication skills and a polite, professional attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
