Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, talented and detail-oriented

3D & Technical Designer

to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in

SketchUp

, producing

high-quality renders

, and preparing

technical drawings using CAD

for production. This role is integral in bridging the gap between creative concepts and production execution, ensuring design accuracy and feasibility across retail, exhibition, and event-based projects.Candidates from advertising backgrounds, with experience in podium, kiosks, gondolas will ne a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and visualize 3D concepts using SketchUp and 3D Max, with high attention to detail and brand alignment. Produce photorealistic renders for client presentations and internal reviews. Create detailed

technical drawings

and

production packs

using AutoCAD or similar software. Collaborate closely with the design, project management, and production teams to ensure accurate execution of design intent. Modify and update designs as required, based on feedback or technical constraints. Ensure all design outputs meet project timelines, brand guidelines, and quality standards. Maintain an organized library of design files, render outputs, and technical documents. Participate in client meetings, if required, to present and explain design solutions.

Requirements:

Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of UAE experience in a similar role.

Advanced proficiency in Autocad,3Ds Max, Rhino and SketchUp

(with V-Ray or Enscape plugins preferred). Strong skills in technical drawings and prodution drawings Ability to create

photorealistic renders

that effectively communicate design intent. Excellent understanding of materials, construction techniques, and production processes. Strong attention to detail, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

Experience working in the

retail / advertising / exhibitions

sector. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of production processes and supplier/vendor coordination.
