URGENT HIRING

- Faso Construction is seeking an experienced Senior 3D Rendering Specialist to join our team immediately. This role combines advanced 3D visualization expertise with strong graphic design skills to create compelling architectural renderings and marketing materials for our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities3D Rendering & Visualization

Create photorealistic 3D renderings of architectural projects, including exterior and interior visualizations Develop detailed 3D models from architectural plans, sketches, and technical drawings Produce high-quality still images, animations, and virtual walkthroughs for client presentations Ensure accurate representation of materials, lighting, textures, and spatial relationships Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to visualize design concepts
Graphic Design & Marketing

Design presentation materials, brochures, and marketing collateral for construction projects Create compelling visual narratives that showcase project features and benefits Develop branded templates and maintain visual consistency across all materials Prepare project portfolios and proposal documents with professional layouts Design site signage, hoarding graphics, and promotional materials
Technical Execution

Optimize rendering workflows for efficiency and quality output Manage asset libraries including materials, textures, furniture, and vegetation Stay current with industry trends and emerging visualization technologies Maintain organized file structures and project documentation Meet tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards
Required QualificationsExperience & Education

5+ years of professional experience in 3D rendering and architectural visualization Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Graphic Design, Digital Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience) Proven portfolio demonstrating high-quality architectural renderings and design work
Technical Skills

Expert proficiency

in 3D software: 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or similar

Advanced skills

in SketchUp, Rhino, or Revit for 3D modeling

Strong proficiency

in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD) for interpreting technical drawings Experience with post-production and image editing techniques Familiarity with virtual reality/augmented reality visualization (preferred)
